If you are getting the message on your screen about a new card and you only have a Freesat card (non subscription), do not panic. Just call us and we will instruct you, free of charge, on how to get rid of it and tune in Channel 5 with your local ITV.

The change for Freesat only affects 3 channels. 108, 174 & 176 (& their +1's). If you do not watch those 3, then you do not require a new card. BBC's, ITV's and ch4 etc are not affected.
